These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between “Mitopia” Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Merchant) and the Users of the website located at the domain https://mitopia.me (hereinafter referred to as the Users).
“Mitopia” Ltd. is a company registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 208164555, with its registered office and management address at: Sofia, Sredets district, 42 Vasil Levski Street, floor 1, email address: contact@mitopia.me.
This document contains information about the activities of the Merchant and the general terms for the sale of goods provided by the Merchant.
Confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions is a necessary and mandatory requirement for the conclusion of the contract between the Users and the Merchant.

I. PLACING AN ORDER. USER IDENTIFICATION
1. Users use the interface of https://mitopia.me to enter into contracts for the purchase and sale of goods offered by the Merchant in the online store. A contract for the purchase and sale of goods is considered concluded from the moment the order is confirmed by the Merchant in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions. The language of the contract is English.
2. To place an order on https://mitopia.me, Users must provide an email address and click the "Continue" button, after which they will receive a confirmation code at the provided email address. After entering the confirmation code, Users will have the opportunity to complete their order.
3. To place an order for goods, Users must select the desired quantity of the product and add it to the shopping cart. The selected item is added to the shopping list (cart) by clicking on the button depicting a shopping cart, located next to the product. Adding a new product to the cart is done in the specified manner. Users can review the contents of their cart, as well as edit the information in the cart at any time before confirming the order.
4. Each order contains information about the type and quantity of the selected item, the price of the item, and the shipping cost (which also includes the cash-on-delivery service fee), as well as the total amount to be paid. All prices include VAT.
5. The order is finalized and sent for fulfillment using the "Complete Order" button. To finalize the order, users must provide their full name, an exact delivery address, and a contact phone number. To complete and submit the order, Users must also agree to these Terms and Conditions. Agreement to the Terms and Conditions is done by checking the box with the text "I agree to the Terms and Conditions." If the checkbox with the text "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" is not checked, the order cannot be submitted for processing. 7. For the order to be submitted for processing, Users must also agree to the Merchant's Privacy Policy. Agreement to the Privacy Policy is done by checking the box with the text "I agree to the Privacy Policy." 8. The Merchant indicates whether providing the data required for order fulfillment is mandatory or voluntary. Failure to provide mandatory data may result in non-fulfillment. 8. When filling in the delivery information, the User is obliged to provide complete and accurate details regarding their identity and any other data required by the Merchant's electronic form. Users are responsible for ensuring that the data they provide during the order process is true, complete, and accurate. 11. Upon receiving the order, the Merchant sends an order confirmation. Nevertheless, the Merchant reserves the right to contact the User at the phone number provided by them to clarify details regarding the order and its fulfillment. 12. The Merchant is not responsible for failure to fulfill an order in cases where the User has provided incorrect, incomplete, and/or inaccurate information, including when an incomplete or inaccurate delivery address or contact phone number has been provided. II. PRICES 13. The prices of the goods offered in the online store are those indicated at the time the order is placed. The prices of the goods are final and include VAT. In connection with the introduction of the euro as the official currency in Bulgaria from 01.01.2026, the prices of products on the website will be indicated in both euros and leva. The price will be converted from leva to euros at the official fixed exchange rate of the euro to the leva, namely 1.95583 leva for 1 euro.
The price converted into euros will be rounded, if necessary, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Introduction of the Euro in the Republic of Bulgaria. 14. The Merchant reserves the right to change the prices of goods at any time and without notice, provided that such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed by the Merchant. 15. The Merchant may offer discounts on the prices of goods in accordance with Bulgarian legislation under rules determined by the Merchant. The rules applicable to such discounts will be indicated at the place where the discount is shown. III. PAYMENT 16. Payment for the ordered goods is made upon delivery of the goods, by cash on delivery. The cost of the delivery service, as well as the cash on delivery service fee, will also be paid by the customer on their own account. The Merchant reserves the right, under conditions determined by it, which are explicitly stated on the website, to offer free delivery of goods. IV. DELIVERY 17. The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by a courier company to the delivery address specified by the User within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or to a courier office preferred by the User. 18. Delivery is made within up to 7 (business) days from the date of order confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, the Merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery period and will promptly inform each affected User. 19. Delivery is made personally to the person who placed the order or to any other person present at the delivery address who has agreed to receive the shipment. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract or to replace the ordered goods, Users are required to keep the waybill and other documents provided by the courier upon delivery of the ordered goods. V. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT 20.Users have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason and without owing compensation or a penalty to the Merchant, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods. 21. To exercise their right to withdraw from the contract, Users must notify the Merchant of their decision to withdraw from the contract. To facilitate Users in exercising their right of withdrawal, the Merchant provides the option for Users to send electronically the completed and signed Standard Form for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal from the Contract, which is published on the website. The completed and signed withdrawal form can be sent to the email address contact@mitopia.me, as well as by courier or via Bulgarian Post to the Merchant's management address, stated at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions. Users can also express their desire to withdraw from the contract through a free-text statement sent to the email address contact@mitopia.me, and the statement can also be sent by courier or through the Bulgarian Posts to the Merchant's management address indicated at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions. 22. In the case of withdrawal from the contract, expressed through any of the methods described in point 21, the Merchant sends the User a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the User. 23. In the event of withdrawal from received goods, Users are required to return the goods to the Merchant. The return of the goods must be carried out within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal by the Merchant. The return of the goods is carried out via courier to the Merchant's management address indicated at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions. The courier costs associated with returning the goods are the responsibility of the Users. . If the User does not return the received goods within 14 days from receiving the notification to the Merchant about the withdrawal from the contract, the Merchant is not obligated to refund the amounts paid by the User. 24. All goods that Users wish to return must be in their intact commercial packaging. The Merchant is not obliged to accept returned goods with damaged commercial packaging. 25. All amounts that the Merchant owes to the User in case of contract withdrawal shall be refunded via bank transfer to the bank account provided by the respective User. VI. CLAIMS 26. Every delivered product must comply with the individual or objective requirements for conformity specified by law, for which the Merchant is responsible. 27. Delivered goods meet the individual requirements for them if they correspond to the description, type, quantity, quality, functionality, and other characteristics according to the distance sales contract for the specific product, and if they are suitable for the specific purpose.
