DELIVERY

Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by a courier company to the delivery address specified by the User within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, or to a courier office preferred by the User.

Delivery is performed within up to 7 (seven) business days from the date of order confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, the Merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery period and will promptly inform any affected User.

Delivery is made personally to the person who placed the order or to any other person present at the delivery address who agrees to receive the shipment. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract or to request an exchange of the ordered goods, Users are required to retain the waybill and any other documents provided by the courier upon delivery.
