WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

  1. Users have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason and without owing compensation or penalties to the Merchant, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, Users must notify the Merchant of their decision to withdraw from the contract. For convenience, the Merchant provides a Standard Withdrawal Form, published on the website, which Users may complete and sign electronically.
    The completed and signed withdrawal form may be sent by email to contact@mitopia.me, as well as by courier or via Bulgarian Post to the Merchant’s registered address indicated at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions.
    Users may also express their wish to withdraw from the contract by sending a free-form written statement to contact@mitopia.me, or by courier or Bulgarian Post to the Merchant’s registered address.

  3. Upon receipt of a withdrawal notice submitted in any of the ways described above, the Merchant sends the User a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the User.

  4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, Users are required to return the goods to the Merchant. The return must be completed within 14 days from the date the Merchant receives the withdrawal notice.
    The goods must be returned by courier to the Merchant’s registered address specified at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions. Return shipping costs are borne by the User.
    If the User fails to return the goods within the 14-day period from notifying the Merchant of the withdrawal, the Merchant is not obliged to refund the amounts paid by the User.

  5. All goods returned by Users must be in their original, undamaged commercial packaging. The Merchant is not obliged to accept returned goods with damaged or opened packaging.

  6. All amounts owed by the Merchant to the User following withdrawal from the contract are refunded by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the User.
