PLACING AN ORDER. USER IDENTIFICATION

  1. Users use the interface of https://mitopia.me to enter into distance sales contracts for the goods offered by the Merchant in the online store. The sales contract for a product is deemed concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the Merchant in the manner set out in these General Terms and Conditions. The language of the contract is Bulgarian.

  2. To place an order on https://mitopia.me, Users must provide an email address and click the “Continue” button, after which they will receive a verification code at the specified email address. After entering the verification code, Users will be able to complete their order.

  3. To order goods, Users must select the desired quantity of the product and add it to the cart. The selected goods are added to the shopping list (cart) by clicking the button showing a shopping cart icon located next to the product. Adding a new product to the cart is done in the same way. Users can review the contents of their cart and edit the information in it at any time before confirming the order.

  4. Each order contains information about the type and quantity of the selected goods, the price of the goods and the delivery fee (which also includes the cash-on-delivery service fee), as well as the total amount payable. All prices include VAT.

  5. The order is finalized and sent for processing by clicking the “Complete Order” button. To complete the order, Users must provide their full name (three names), an exact delivery address, and a contact phone number.

  6. To finalize and submit the order, Users must also agree to these General Terms and Conditions. Agreement is provided by ticking a checkbox with the text “I agree to the General Terms and Conditions.” If the checkbox is not ticked, the order cannot be submitted for processing.

  7. To submit the order for processing, Users must also agree to the Merchant’s Privacy Policy. Agreement is provided by ticking a checkbox with the text “I agree to the Privacy Policy.” If the checkbox is not ticked, the order cannot be submitted for processing.

  8. The Merchant indicates whether providing the data required to fulfill the order is mandatory or voluntary. Failure to provide mandatory data may lead to the Merchant being unable to fulfill the order.

  9. By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that their information will be processed by the Merchant in accordance with the procedure set out herein, and under the conditions of the Merchant’s Personal Data Privacy Policy.

  10. When filling in delivery details, the User is required to provide complete and accurate information about their identity and other data required by the Merchant’s electronic form. Users are responsible for ensuring that the data provided during the ordering process is true, complete, and accurate.

  11. After receiving the order, the Merchant sends an order confirmation. The confirmation is sent to the User’s email address. Nevertheless, the Merchant reserves the right to contact the User at the provided phone number to уточняване (clarify) details regarding the order and its fulfillment.

  12. The Merchant shall not be liable for failure to fulfill an order where the User has provided incorrect, incomplete, and/or inaccurate data, including an incomplete or inaccurate delivery address or contact phone number.
